High Noon Beach Resort consists of four buildings-The High Noon, Sea Foam, Nautilus, and The High Noon Beach House-located directly on the ocean. Rooms include one-bedroom apartments with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, full kitchens with granite countertops, and private balconies overlooking the beach. The Beach House features two king bedrooms, a Jacuzzi tub, and a terrace with views of the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea pier.

The resort has two heated freshwater pools, a shuffleboard court, and barbecue facilities. Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, parking, beach towels, sand chairs, and umbrellas. Each room has a flat-screen TV, in-room safe, and European gourmet coffee maker. Second-floor units in The High Noon offer private balconies with ocean views.

The Sea Foam Two-Bedroom Suites connect a one-bedroom suite to a hotel room, accommodating larger groups with three full baths and multiple sleeping areas. Bahama beds (twin beds that convert to sofas) provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Efficiency apartments include king beds with sleeper sofas and full kitchens.

Daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and on-site laundry are available. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas. The resort uses CDC-approved cleaning protocols, including electrostatic disinfection of high-touch surfaces. Service animals are permitted under ADA guidelines.
